Green Dragon Wins Michelin Food Award

Green Dragon Haddenham Maintains Top Award For Food

The 2010 Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland has again named The Green Dragon as one of its Bib
Gourmand winners.

The Green Dragon, which now appears in the 2010 issue of the Michelin Red Guide for Great Britain & Ireland, was
first awarded this accolade in 2009 and retaining this honour reflects its commitment to offering excellent quality
and value for money in a difficult market. Only 131 awards were announced for 2010 - five less than in the 2009
Guide. The Green Dragon’s award is one of only two in Buckinghamshire.

Head Chef Ludovic Risselin says, “I think that it’s wonderful that we’ve got the recognition for the quality and value
of our food. This is another great achievement for all of us at The Green Dragon. The hard work that we put in has
paid off and we’re all really proud of this achievement.”

The Bib Gourmand recommendation from Michelin is testament to Ludovic’s vision, skill and passion about food.
The Green Dragon has received several awards quality including two AA Rosettes and a recent 100% score in its
Cask Marque review.
